Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 piece bacon cooked and crumbled

  • 1 tbsp cheddar cheese

  • Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Before you proceed with your recipe, preheat your oven to 200°C first.

  2. In a pan, cook the bacon over medium heat. Turn the bacon as needed until your desired crispiness is reached. Once cooked, cut the bacon into little pieces then set aside.
