Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • Broccoli spears to serve

  •  Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Before proceeding with your recipe, preheat your oven first to  200°C.

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and honey. Set this mixture aside.

  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Make sure that the baking dish is well-covered with olive oil before placing the chicken breasts.

  4. Pour and spread the mixture over the chicken breasts. For that extra punch, season the chicken breasts with pepper and paprika.

  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken.

  6. You can add broccoli or other vegetables on the side, and season with salt and pepper.
