Ingredients

  • 2 onions

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 500g ground beef

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 peppers

  • 200g mozzarella

  • 3 slices bacon, cooked

  • Freshly cut cilantro

  • Avocado oil

  • Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Put avocado oil in a pan, and saute garlic under medium heat.

  2. Add ground beef, cumin, paprika, and cayenne powder. Stir all ingredients well. Once cooked, set aside.

  3. Cut peppers in half and remove the seeds, and then put the sliced peppers in a baking dish.

  4. Stuff the peppers with the cooked beef. Top it mozzarella cheese and cooked bacon.

  5. Put in the oven and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with freshly cut cilantro.
